Hours of Operation
48-hours online reservations required. If it is less than 48 hours in advance, please call 925-609-1920 (option 3). We try to accommodate those with less notice. Even same day reservations!

We will call you the evening before your pickup day between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to confirm your reservation. This is not for pickups from the airport.

There will be a $5.00 surcharge for pickups between 3:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. and between 10:00 p.m. and midnight.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel reservations please call (925) 609-1920 at least 24 hours prior to your pickup time. Otherwise the full fare will be charged. RideShare service is closed between the hours of Midnight and 3:00. Sedans are available to meet your needs, just call us to reserve your car.

Payment
You may pay the driver at the time you get picked up by the following types of payment: cash, debit card, travelers check and major credit cards. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment. You may also prepay by calling our reservations department and supplying them with a fax number then we will fax you a charge authorization, which you fill out and fax back. Once we have your signature on file we can charge you in advance.

Gratuity is not included in the quoted fares, but is optional and appreciated by our drivers. (Suggested gratuity: 15% - 20%)

Luggage Policy
Our luggage requirements are 2 standard-size suitcases (less than 62 inches - height+width+length - and weighing less than 51 lbs) per person. An extra charge will apply for oversized or excessive luggage. Please call for a quote.

Child Car Seats
Child car seats are not provided in the vehicles. You must provide your own if needed for the trip to and from the airport. If you are unable to take the car seat with you then we would be glad to hold onto it until you return from your trip.

Pets and Guide Dogs
If you have a pet traveling with you then it is necessary to reserve an exclusive van or sedan for transportation to or from the airport. Please call (925) 609-1920 for a quote or to make reservations.
