SUMMARY:Adult & Teen Learn-to-Ride Workshop
DESCRIPTION:For adults and teens who have not yet learned to ride a bike or would like a refresher.\n\n\nThis three-hour workshop is for adults and teens who have not yet learned to ride a bike or would like a refresher on the basics of balancing\, pedaling\, and steering. \nOur trained instructors are friendly\, patient\, and will help you get off to a great start in a safe\, non-judgmental environment. \nYou’ll need a working bike to participate. We have a limited number of bikes available to rent— but we ask that you please only reserve a rental if you don’t already have access to a bike. \nThis workshop has a very low student-to-teacher ratio. If the class is full\, you can be added to the waitlist or sign up to be notified when new workshops are added. \nTeens are welcome to participate with a parent or guardian present for the duration of the class. \n— \nThis class is made possible by funding from Alameda County’s transportation sales tax.
