Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a reservation then please call (925) 609-1920 at least 24 hours prior to your pickup time. Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged the full fare as per our 24 hour cancellation policy.

Confirmation calls

We will call you the day before your pickup between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to reconfirm your reservation. Confirmation calls are for departing trips only!

Car Seats

infant seats, child seats, and booster seats can be provided for $10 each upon request. All infants and children must be seated in the appropriate type of seat. You may provide your own child seats if you desire to. We can hold on to your child seat until you return for no additional charge for added convenience.

Does the shuttle service charge include gratuity?

No, the fares that are quoted for our shared ride services do not include a gratuity. Private or chartered vehicles include a mandatory 15% gratuity.

Guided Tours and Special Events

We have a variety of vehicles available for tours and events including 8 passenger vans, 1 1 passenger vans, luxury lincoln town cars, and even stretch Iimousines! Hourly rates are available for tours, events, and anything else you may desire them for.

Napa wine tours, San Francisco tours, Bay Area tours, Night Life tours, Weddings, Proms, Buisness meetings, Large or small groups going to or from the airports, shuttling event attendees from parking to the event, and much much more! If you can dream it we can drive it.

How much does it cost?

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

At least 48-hours notice is required to book online. if it is less than 48 hours in advance, please call 925-609-1920. We do our best to accomodate even same day reservations.

Late Night rates

After 11:30pm fares increases 10$ due to late night service. Service after 1 am is subject to special rates as well. Please call us at (925) 609-1920 for an accurate fare quote.

Luggage Policy

On the shuttle we allow our passengers to travel with 2 large bags and 1 carry on per passenger. (less than 62 inches height+width+length – and weighing less than 51 lbs). An extra charge will apply for oversized or overweight luggage, bikes, skis, snowboards, boxes, surfboards and golf clubs.

Please call for a quote. In private vehicles you may bring as much luggage as you wish for no additional charge.


You may pay the driver when you recieve service with the following types of payment: cash, debit card, travelers check and major credit cards. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment. You may also prepay by calling our reservations department at (925) 609-1920.

Gratuity is not included in the quoted fares, Gratuity is optional for shuttle service and greatly appreciated by our drivers. (Suggested gratuity: 15% – 20%). Gratuity is mandatory at 15% for private vehicles.

Pets and Guide Dogs

If you are traveling with a pet then it is necessary to reserve an private vehicle for transportation to or from the airport due to allergy and other concerns. Please call (925) 609-1920 for a quote or to make reservations. Trained guide animals may travel with you at no additional charge in any situation.

What airports do you serve?

We serve almost anywhere on a charter basis including the San Francisco cruise Piers and the San Jose airport. our shuttles transport passengers to both the San Francisco airport and to the Oakland airport. Please note that there are currrently no shuttles operating for arrivals at either airport due to severe delay issues.

Where do you pick up at the Airport?

Pickups from the Airport are made at a specific ‘pick up’ point(designated by the airport officials). Passengers are required to call us once they have their luggage and area ready to go at 1-800-675-3278 or (925)-609-1 920 (choose option 2).The dispatcher will direct you to the pickup point which is usually just outside baggage claim at the curb.

Will my bicycle box fit into the vans?

when traveling with a bicycle box, please let us know because you may need to reserve a private vehicle. Share-ride service is not available because of the large size of the bicycle boxes. Other guests sharing the ride may not have enough room for their luggage.
